What is the cost for bespoke stationery design?
Pricing varies for each project, depending on the design details and how many pieces are required. Costs start at £300 for a basic design fee, plus the cost of printing your stationery. If you haven't yet finalised your plans or ideas and would like an estimate for stationery, please contact me at ___ and I can send you some options.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order for printing. Print costs work on a sliding scale, where a small batch means stationery costs more per piece than a large batch.
Do you deliver to international addresses?
Yes! International shipping time will depend on where you are in the world. Shipping rates begin from £35 for international orders, calculated by weight and destination country. Import taxes, duties and charges are not included. If you'd like a guide on pricing and timings ahead of placing an international order, get in touch.
What kind of paper do you use?
All stationery is printed onto high quality, heavy weight (300gsm) paper stock. With a textured finish in bright white, the paper enhances the look and feel of the watercolour paintings. A smooth finish option is also available. Coloured envelopes are made from a beautiful range of papers with matte finish. They are assembled by hand in the Roxwell Press studio, and available in two weights. The paper is environmentally friendly, made with processes that safeguard natural habitats, using raw materials from sustainable sources.

How many proofs do I receive during the design process?
After we've had a detailed discussion around the vision for your stationery, you'll be presented with design sketches to choose from. Once a sketch has been chosen, you'll receive two rounds of colour proofs (via email) free of charge. Any subsequent proofs will be £15 each. You can make as many changes as you like during each proofing stage. A need for complete redesign, or large design change, after the design sketches have been chosen is not covered by the quoted costs and may incur a fee. We obviously don't want this to happen, so it’s advisable to make full use of the visioning and sketch process.
Can I see a printed proof of my order?
If you'd like a printed proof of your stationery before final approval, an additional fee of £25 will be charged.
The designs are approved, how long will it take to receive the stationery?
Print production time is around 1–2 weeks, and shipping time is around 5 – 7 days on top of production time. To be on the safe side, plan on receiving your order 2-3 weeks after the approval date. Based on UK orders.
I've approved my order but noticed a mistake in the text, what can I do?
Please contact me immediately by phone or email and a solution will be found as quickly as possible, with reprinting at no cost if the error is with Roxwell Press. If there is a mistake in your provided text and the prints have already been made, there will be a fee for reprinting. Please thoroughly proofread your text before approving the final designs, checking spelling, time, date, location and punctuation. For best results, ask someone who has not seen the order to do a read through before approving.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Bespoke stationery orders are non-refundable after work on the project begins.
Can I see samples of the stationery before ordering?
Yes, you can order samples from £5, over on the order page.
