Your wedding date is set, and venue booked. Now it's time to start thinking about stationery design! Get in touch to discuss pricing and stationery options, and let's start developing the vision.
6 – 8 months ahead
Send your save the dates. This will allow your guests to plan their travel and accommodation. If you're having a destination wedding the ideal time is 10-12 months ahead.

Finalise the wedding invitation and RSVP designs. If you're including a guest information insert, check all the accommodation and travel details.
3 - 4 months ahead
Send the wedding invitations and RSVPs. You'll want to give your guests plenty of advance notice to join in your celebrations. If you've already sent your guests a save the date card, it's possible to leave this till 2 months before the wedding date.
2 – 3 months ahead
Discuss and plan 'on the day' stationery. Such as order of service, menu cards, table numbers and table plan. Even if you don't have all the text finalised at this stage, we can begin work on the designs.
4 – 6 weeks ahead
Have your response cards returned to you, so that you have the final numbers in place. Keep in mind that the other people your are collaborating with, such as caterers, bakers, or your venue, may need more advance notice. So it's best to check on this early.

Order thank you cards. To can also choose to have these printed before your wedding, along with the 'on the day' stationery.
4 – 6 weeks married
Mail your thank you cards.
