We aim to dispatch all cards and prints within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Personalised products require a proofing process. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll be in touch via email to discuss the next steps and finalise your order. When this process is complete, you’ll be notified of the order dispatch. For more details on how personalisation works, see our order process information page.
We use Royal Mail first class for standard UK delivery, and Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcelforce for tracked delivery. If your order is time sensitive and you require an expedited service, please get in touch and we can organise this for you.

Returns and Exchanges
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Once we receive the returned item(s) we’ll process your refund as soon as possible, crediting the original payment method. This does not apply for personalised orders.
Personalised orders are non-refundable after the order is confirmed. Upon final approval of your personalised order we cannot accept returns due to errors such as misspelled words etc. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the text and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we will charge for any reprints required.
